Brunei

Brunei is in the continent Asia. It is surrounded by Malaysia. The capital city is Bandar Seri Begawan. There currency is called a Brunei dollar.

People & Places: In Brunei there are 423,188 people. The language they speak in Brunei is Malay, and the climate is tropical. Famous landmarks in Brunei are Sultan Omar Ali Suifuddin Mosque, Jurudong Park, Istana Nurul Iman, Royal Regalia building and the Malay Technology museum.

History: The terrain is hilly lowland and the thing they don't run out of is oil. Hassanal Bolkiah is the current King in Brunei. Omar Ali Sufuddin was the paramount ruler and Sultan of Brunei who ruled from 4th of June.

Lifestyle: The most famous sport in Brunei is football. The food they eat are fish, rice, beef and pork. Some of the holidays they have in Brunei are the first day of Ramadhan, Royal Brunei Armed Forces Day, Nuzul al-quran and Hari Raya Aidil Fitri.


There are so many places to visit in Brunei hopefully you get to see them.

Maritime museum

Maritime Museum

On Friday 30th of June the year six syndicate went on a trip to the Maritime Museum. When we got there we went into two groups.  Group one went sailing first and group two did the workshop next we swapped over with group two and did the workshop while they went sailing. At 12:00 clock group one got to see a cannon being shot it was small but it made a loud noise it was amazing!!! After that we had our lunch then we split into groups with the parents to find objects and to look  at other stuff I had so much fun. Later that day we got on the bus to go back to school.
